After a couple of years struggling along, I finally did what I should have at the beginning. I switched personal trainers. My old trainer came highly recommended, but he and I just never were a good match. It is clear to me that he is an excellent trainer for some people, but my needs were simply not lined up with his perspective and style of training. I have noticed an immediate improvement in my training. One of the first thing my new trainer did was address my diet. He sent me to the store to purchase some Acai Berry Zone, and I was so impressed by the quality.
